If you are a Cigar fan you probably know about the brand Habanos S.A and it’s founder, Mr. Zahraoui, a true gentleman, has two very clear paths in his life: cars and cigars.
We spoke to Mr. Moulay Omar Zahraoui who is a 29 year old Entrepreneur and Philanthropist.
“After the liberalisation of the Tobacco sector I got the license of tobacco manufacturing & distribution and I wanted to invest in this project” the founder told us.
He said, the tobacco used in their cigars is all grown by their own farmers in more than 120 hectares of land. The raw material plays an important role but the manufacturing of cigar requires the real expertise.
He told, Most of the cigar brands are using artificial flavours in their cigars, but our cigars are made of pure tobacco flavours and 100% natural ingredients.
A cigar is a rolled bundle of dried and fermented tobacco leaves made to be smoked. They are produced in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Since the 20th century, almost all cigars are made of three distinct components: the filler, the binder leaf which holds the filler together, and a wrapper leaf, which is often the best leaf used.
Mr. Zahraoui, gave us some tips he used, to grow his Brand:
1. Never compromise with the quality.
2. Appreciate your employees, so that they work hard.
3. Take feedback from your customers.
